Froedtert Health seeks a Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) to deliver an exceptional patient experience at our Milwaukee hospital campus. The role greets patients and visitors, handling front desk needs, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere with friendly, professional service.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of reception/customer service experience, and familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a receptionist/assistant or in customer service.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and provide a welcoming, friendly experience.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.
• Support front desk operations including scheduling and check-in tasks.
