Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Registers patients presenting for visits and explains the registration process.
• Processes co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles, and balances due.
• Completes Medicare Secondary Payer questions and verifies coverage.
• Schedules appointments, confirms details, and maintains patient confidentiality.
• Counsels patients on financial responsibilities and assists with ABNs and waivers.
