Job summary

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or two years of related education, and at least two years in customer service within healthcare or a related field. This PRN role requires flexibility to cover call-ins and PTO as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2 years formal education or equivalent experience.
• Two (2) years' work experience in customer service, healthcare or business-related field.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, families and other customers in a courteous and welcoming manner, directing them to testing and surgical areas as needed.
• Registration responsibilities include obtaining/verifying all required patient information to enter into the registration system expediently.
• Act as a preceptor for new hires to provide education required for that position.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical information and keep work areas orderly.
