Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in customer service, healthcare or business-related field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to greet and assist patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients and families to testing and surgical areas in a courteous, welcoming manner.
• Register and verify patient information in the registration system efficiently.
• Explain procedures and hospital environment to patients with clear, friendly communication.
• Handle confidential medical information with discretion and keep work areas organized.
• Access department communications daily via phone, voicemail, or email and suggest procedural changes.
• Serve as a preceptor for new hires and provide education as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the PAS leadership team.
