Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients across access points with accurate demographic and insurance details.
• Scan, index and manage patient documentation for registration and billing workflows.
• Explain financial responsibilities to patients and collect payments when appropriate.
• Schedule and adjust patient appointments to support access to care.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies in registration/insurance workflows.
• Provide patient-facing support via phone and other channels per procedures.
