The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience; healthcare or call center experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service work experience.
• Two years of customer service work experience preferred.
• Healthcare or Call Center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers and checks patients in/out.
• Performs patient check-in; records demographics and insurance details and escalates non-complex issues.
• Conducts routine insurance eligibility verifications.
• Copies/scans patient materials into the electronic medical record.
• Records non-clinical charges and handles payments.
