Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of insurance, billing and medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes.
• Verify and collect demographic and insurance information; handle minors' guardians notifications as needed.
• Perform routine insurance eligibility verifications.
• Scan/copy patient-related documents into the EMR.
• Record non-clinical charges and reconcile payments.
