Qualifications

• Healthcare or Call Center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verifies demographics and insurance information; records details per procedure.
• Performs routine insurance eligibility verifications.
• Records non-clinical charges and scans related materials into EMR.
• Handles and reconciles patient payments.
