You will verify demographics, confirm appointments, and assist with financial counseling as needed. This position requires 2–3 years in a medical office setting, strong English communication, and accurate data entry.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years customer service or medical office experience.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Typing speed of 40 wpm.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to patients and staff.
• Collect and verify patient information and schedule appointments.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
• Communicate with multiple departments and physicians offices to coordinate care.
• Perform real-time eligibility checks and verify insurance details.
• Document and handoff information accurately in Epic.
• Assist with billing and scheduling processes as needed.
• Participate in training and quality assurance activities.
