• One year of work experience in a medical office setting.
• Medical terminology knowledge is helpful.
• Customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify demographics.
• Collect co-payments and manage payments.
• Coordinate referrals and pre-authorization.
• Schedule appointments with nursing team and providers.
• Operate multi-line phone and handle check-in/out.
• Prepare and organize charts and documents.
