Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; post-secondary education helpful.
• One year of work experience, preferably in a medical office setting.
• Medical terminology helpful; customer service skills essential; six months' customer service experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, verify demographics, and manage documents.
• Schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, and operate a multi-line phone.
• Handle registrations, collect payments, and maintain patient accounts.
• Coordinate telemedicine and prepare patient charts.
