Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; post-secondary education helpful.
• One year of work experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• Medical terminology helpful; strong customer service skills essential.
• Six months' customer service experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verifies demographics.
• Handling registration, scheduling, and in-person/phone interactions.
• Collect co-pays and manage payments on accounts.
• Coordinate referrals and pre-authorizations.
• Operate multi-line phone and support telemedicine.
• Ensure accurate chart organization and documentation.
