Responsibilities

• Pre-register visits and ensure authorization before the service date.
• Document referrals/authorizations in the system.
• Answer calls, schedule or route to appropriate departments.
• Register patients via Mercy systems ensuring payment for services.
• Attend to waitlists and reschedule/cancel appointments as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
