Job summary

Qualifications

• Healthcare customer service experience is required.

• Typing speed of 40 WPM and computer literacy are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist callers with appointment scheduling across multiple subspecialties or locations.
• Cross-sell locations and physicians per protocol.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of protocols and systems.
• Provide empathetic, professional customer service and follow-up.
• Generate weekly activity reports for stakeholders.
