Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments across subspecialties/locations following protocol.
• Assist with scheduling by subspecialty or location; manage call volumes during peaks.
• Cross-sell locations or physicians per protocol.
• Maintain registration accuracy and update records.
• Represent department and hospital in a professional, customer-focused manner.
• Utilize Centricity/BMedConnect and other applications to support callers’ needs.
