Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 2 years customer service experience preferably within a healthcare setting required.
• Experience working in a hospital or medical office scheduling environment preferred.
• Must type 40 WPM accurately.
• Computer literate and able to navigate multiple systems and the Internet.
• Excellent interpersonal, telephone and written communication skills; able to stay calm under pressure.

• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with practices and locations.
• Assist and troubleshoot scheduling and physician selection by subspecialty or location.
• Process calls efficiently; manage peak volumes and stay aware of call load.
• Cross-sell multiple locations or physicians per protocol.
• Maintain patient relationships and ensure a positive experience; close the loop.
