Responsibilities

• Register patients across access points with accurate demographic data and insurance verification.
• Scan, index, and manage patient documents to support workflows.
• Explain financial responsibilities using scripts and collect payments at service.
• Schedule, confirm, and adjust patient appointments to ensure timely access.
• Identify and resolve routine discrepancies; escalate complex issues per workflows.
• Provide patient-facing support via phone and other channels, documenting interactions.
