Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration across access points with accurate demographics, insurance eligibility, benefits verification, and documentation in the EHR.
• Scan, index, and manage patient documents to support registration, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Communicate patient financial responsibility using approved tools and collect payments when applicable.
• Schedule, confirm, and adjust patient appointments to ensure timely access to care.
• Identify and resolve routine registration or insurance discrepancies following established workflows.
• Provide patient-facing support via phone and other approved channels, documenting interactions per procedures.
