Formación

• High school diploma or GED upon hire.
• 1 year healthcare experience in patient access preferred; knowledge of registration procedures and insurance verification.
• Familiarity with health insurance payers and real-time eligibility verifications.

Responsabilidades

• Perform patient registration across assigned access points with accurate demographic data.
• Scan, index, and manage patient documents for registration, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Explain patient financial responsibilities using standard tools and collect payments when appropriate.
• Schedule, confirm, and adjust patient appointments to support timely access to care.
• Identify and escalate routine registration or insurance discrepancies per workflows.
• Provide patient-facing support via phone and other channels, documenting interactions.
