Job summary

Responsibilities

• Register patients across access points with accurate demographic data.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits; document in EHR securely.
• Communicate financial responsibilities and collect payments when appropriate.
• Schedule, confirm, and revise patient appointments to support access.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies per workflow.
• Provide patient-facing support via phone and other channels.
