Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration across access points with accurate demographic, insurance, and account data.
• Scan, index, and manage patient documents to support registration and billing workflows.
• Communicate financial responsibility, provide estimates, and collect payments when appropriate.
• Schedule, confirm, and adjust patient appointments to ensure timely access to care.
• Identify and resolve routine issues; escalate complex cases per procedures.
• Provide patient-facing support via telephone and other channels, documenting interactions per standard procedures.
