Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
• Strong typing and data entry skills; accurate documentation.
• Familiar with patient financial information and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Register patients presenting for visits and explain the process.
• Process co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles, and balances due.
• Verify insurance eligibility and apply guarantor/insurance to visits.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
• Support financial clearance and advise on payment responsibility.
