Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Registers patients for visits and explains registration process; responds to questions.
• Manages scheduling: schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments per protocols.
• Pre-Registration tasks: verify insurance, guarantor assignment, and collect required information.
• Counsel patients on financial responsibilities and assist with payment arrangements as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and patient safety, ensuring a welcoming patient experience.
