Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conducts patient interviews to obtain demographic data for registration and billing.
• Registers patients at multiple locations and coordinates with departments.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and benefits for services.
• Calculates and collects patient dues per policies and negotiates deposits.
• May perform cashiering duties per department policy.
• Assist patients to nursing units with directions and mobility aid.
• Escalates service issues to management when needed.
