You will collaborate with departments to ensure accurate patient data, explain balances, and help arrange payment plans, contributing to a smooth revenue cycle while delivering compassionate care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong listening and communication abilities.
• Professional telephone etiquette and customer-service mindset.
• Accurate data entry, typing, and basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Conducts patient interviews to obtain demographics and financial data for registration and billing.
• Registers patients at multiple locations and coordinates with departments to improve revenue cycle and patient experience.
• Verifies insurance coverage and benefits; calculates patient dues and negotiates payment arrangements when needed.
• May assist with cashiering and help guide patients to nursing units or provide mobility assistance as applicable.
• Escalates service issues to management when necessary.
