• Scan, index, and manage patient documents in the electronic health record to support workflows.
• Explain patient financial responsibility and collect payments when appropriate.
• Schedule, confirm, and adjust patient appointments to support timely access to care.
• Identify and resolve routine registration or insurance discrepancies per established procedures.
