St. Luke's University Health Network in Wind Gap, PA is seeking a Per Diem Patient Access Representative to support outpatient and Emergency Department registration.

You will aid in insurance verification and real-time eligibility, ensuring accurate patient data and smooth check-in. The role involves greeting patients, collecting demographics, coordinating with revenue cycle teams, and guiding patients through MyChart and self-service tools.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• General computer experience and fast typing.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Insurance background preferred and Epic knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and validate patients in the hospital information system.
• Verify demographics, insurance eligibility, and diagnoses.
• Transcribe orders and document patient information accurately.
• Assist with pre-reg and post-reg tasks; collect cash at point of service.
