Qualifications

• One year of customer service work experience required.
• Healthcare or Call Center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient check-in/out and collect data and payments.
• Verify insurance eligibility and schedule appointments.
• Enter data into electronic medical record and coordinate referrals.
• Provide patients with billing and insurance information.
• Reconcile cash and perform end-of-day settlements.
