Qualifications

• One year of customer service work experience.
• Experience in healthcare or Call Center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers and/or checks patients in/out.
• Performs patient check-in and records/verifies demographics and insurance information; follows procedures and escalates when needed.
• Conducts routine insurance eligibility verifications.
• Copies/scans patient materials into the EMR.
• Records non-clinical charges from various sources.
• Handles and reconciles payments.
