Competenze

• One year of customer service work experience required
• Two years of customer service work experience preferred

Mansioni

• Check in/out patients for care and coordinate front desk activities
• Enter and verify demographic and financial data in the patient record
• Gather and validate insurance information and schedule appointments
• Collect co-pays, co-insurance, and prior balances
• Process referrals, authorizations, and pre-certifications for tests or procedures
• Coordinate with patients and carriers to determine coverage for items like hardware (e.g., contact lenses)
