• Register and schedule patients across multiple BJC systems; verify identity and scans.
• Ensure orders are complete, signed, and correctly tested; explain financial responsibilities.
• Interpret MSP, HIPAA, Patient Rights, Advance Directives, EMTALA; maintain compliance.
• Maintain professional communication; mentor others; safeguard patient records.
