Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and schedule in multiple BJC systems; verify insurance and collect payments.
• Ensure correct patient identification and accurate data entry, including MPI selection.
• Provide preparation instructions and educate patients on financial responsibilities and payments.
