Memorial Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Front Desk Representative to support patient registration, check-in/check-out, and billing processes. You will verify patient demographics and insurance information, collect payments, and enter data into EMR systems while maintaining a welcoming front desk environment.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work under pressure in a busy clinic setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out using Clockwise.
• Enter demographics and insurance information into EMR; log patient data.
• Verify demographics/insurance and update as needed.
• Collect patient payments and handle cash with accuracy.
• Answer inquiries and forward messages to clinical staff per protocol.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer; keep lobby/registration area clean.
• Follow up with patients after visits as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
