Responsibilities

• Gather demographic and financial data from patients for registration and billing.
• Register patients at multiple locations and understand patient flow in each area.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits, calculate patient dues, and discuss payment options.
• Escalate service issues to management when necessary.
• Assist patients with directions and mobility within the facility as needed.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and comply with government payor requirements.
