Qualifications

• 2 years of healthcare or customer service experience or education equivalency required.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette and compassionate demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Collects demographics and insurance information to register patients.
• Verifies insurance benefits and collects patient financial responsibilities.
• Cross-trains across areas and serves as a mentor for peers.
• Assist patients with directions and escalate service issues when needed.
• Maintain compliance with cash policy and patient safety requirements.
