• Perform registration and basic insurance verification to ensure patient identity for billing.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient records and accounts.
• Manage patient flow and inform supervisor of issues.
• Answer telephone greetings and assist callers in a friendly manner.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
