PT Solutions Physical Therapy is hiring a Patient Access Coordinator in Acworth, GA. You will be the first contact for patients, handling check-in/check-out, payments, and documentation to ensure a smooth, efficient clinic experience.

The role supports clinic operations, maintains accurate records, and fosters a positive patient journey while complying with HIPAA and care protocols. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; diploma submission may be requested.
• 1–2 years of customer service or healthcare front office experience preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems and scheduling platforms strongly preferred.
• Must meet compliance, background check, and onboarding requirements.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, verify information, and schedule follow-ups.
• Handle payments, explain financial responsibilities, and maintain daily records.
• Support clinic operations by managing phones, schedules, referrals, and EMR docs.
• Deliver a positive patient experience and address questions professionally.
• Ensure HIPAA, insurance processes, and documentation standards compliance.
• Collaborate with therapists and teams to coordinate care and resolve issues.
• Assist with clinic ops and coverage on special projects as needed.
