Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients. You will greet, check-in/out, verify information, and schedule follow-ups while handling payments and ensuring accurate daily records.

Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma required.
• Must meet compliance, background check, and onboarding requirements.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage payments and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out.
• Verify information and schedule follow-ups.
• Handle payments and explain financial responsibilities.
• Support clinic operations—phones, schedules, referrals, and EMR documentation.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists and teams to coordinate care.
• Provide coverage support as needed.
