PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Smyrna, GA is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to be the first contact for patients. You will greet patients, manage check-in/out, take payments, and support clinic operations in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma; diploma submission may be required.
• 1–2 years of customer service or healthcare front office experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR systems and scheduling platforms strongly preferred.
• Must meet all compliance, background check, and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, verify information, and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Handle payments, explain financial responsibilities, and maintain accurate daily financial records.
• Support clinic operations by managing phones, schedules, referrals, and EMR documentation.
• Deliver a positive patient experience by addressing questions and concerns professionally.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation standards.
• Collaborate with therapists and internal teams to coordinate care and resolve access issues.
• Assist with clinic operations and provide coverage support as needed.
