Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle payments and explain financial responsibilities.
• Support clinic operations, phones, referrals, and EMR documentation.
• Deliver a positive patient experience with professional communication.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with therapists and teams to resolve access or scheduling issues.
• Provide coverage support for clinic operations as needed.
