SimonMed Imaging is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through admission at our imaging centers. You will greet patients, verify insurance, process documentation, and help ensure a smooth, accurate start to every visit.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of customer service or healthcare front desk experience, strong communication, and attention to detail. This on-site role offers competitive wages and a supportive, patient-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills?
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient admission flow across imaging centers.
• Greet patients, verify insurance, and process documentation.
• Support scheduling, billing and patient flow while maintaining a positive experience.
• Collaborate with clinical and support teams to ensure smooth operations.
