SimonMed Imaging is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through admission, verify insurance, and process documentation with care. You will help ensure a smooth, accurate patient experience across imaging centers.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in customer service or patient access, strong communication, and proficiency with EMR/PM systems. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented front desk role focused on compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them through the admission process with accuracy and care.
• Verify insurance and collect necessary documentation to ensure smooth visits.
• Process patient demographics, medical histories, consent forms, and payments accurately.
• Maintain clear, courteous communication with patients and clinical teams.
• Support front desk operations to optimize patient flow and reduce wait times.
