Job summary

SimonMed Imaging is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through admission with accuracy, compassion, and confidence at our imaging centers.

You will greet patients, verify insurance, and process documentation, ensuring every visit starts with clarity, efficiency, and care. In a fast-paced environment, you’ll communicate with empathy, support scheduling and front desk operations, and help resolve issues to deliver an excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and guiding admission flow
• Verify insurance and process documentation
• Collect, process, and maintain patient demographics, insurance information, medical histories, consent forms, and payments
• Support scheduling, billing, and patient flow; resolve issues
• Contribute to smooth front desk operations and a positive patient experience
