SimonMed Imaging is seeking a friendly Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through admission at our imaging centers. You will greet patients, verify insurance, process documentation, and help start each visit with clarity and care.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate with empathy, and deliver exceptional service. This role supports smooth front desk operations and collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify insurance and collect documentation to initiate admission.
• Assist with patient admission flow and scheduling to ensure smooth front desk operations.
• Maintain accurate patient demographics, insurance information, histories, consent forms, and payments.
