SimonMed Imaging is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through admission with accuracy, compassion, and efficiency at our imaging centers. You will greet patients, verify insurance, and process documentation to ensure a smooth start to each visit.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify insurance to initiate admission.
• Process documentation and collect required demographic and insurance information.
• Assist with patient access and front desk operations to ensure smooth flow.
• Communicate with empathy and support to patients and clinical teams.
