Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them through the admission process at imaging centers.
• Verify insurance and collect/confirm patient demographics and documentation.
• Process patient registrations, appointments, and payments accurately.
• Support front desk operations and coordinate with clinical and support teams.
