Job summary

SimonMed Imaging is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through admission at imaging centers with empathy and accuracy. You will verify insurance, process documentation, and support scheduling and patient flow to ensure a smooth visit.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Growth opportunities exist within a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or healthcare registration experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling and insurance verification preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them through admission flow at imaging centers.
• Verify insurance and process documentation accurately.
• Maintain patient demographics, insurance information, medical histories, consent forms, and payments with accuracy.
• Support scheduling, billing, and patient flow to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and support teams.
