Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Diploma Program post-high school vocational/business training is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conducts patient interview to collect financial and demographic information.
• Explains financial requirements and collects deposits or deductibles.
• Reviews registrations for accurate information in systems.
• Schedules patient appointments with referrals and pre-authorizations.
• Manages check-in/check-out, collects payments, and issues receipts.
• Reviews pre-arrival messages and work queues; assists with end-of-day cash reconciliation.
