Qualifications

• Call center and/or telephone customer service experience preferred.
• Typing 40+ wpm.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Bilingual written and verbal communication; familiarity with EHR software.

Responsibilities

• Registers patients for visits and explains the registration process.
• Processes co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles, and balances; safeguards cash and reconciles daily.
• Schedules, reschedules, and cancels patient appointments as needed.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and communicates financial clearance to patients.
• Maintains confidentiality and secures patient information; supports a patient-friendly environment.
