Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Registers patients and explains the registration process.
• Processes payments, co-pays, and balances; maintains cash drawer.
• Completes Medicare Secondary Payer Questionnaire and updates coverage.
• Obtains signatures on forms and files documents from registration.
• Schedules, reschedules, and cancels patient appointments with various sources.
